It is also log fires, great food and a community of people who share a passion for the joy of running. It is a chance to step away from the world and to nourish our spirits in the simplest of ways.
Across three books, author and host Adharanand Finn has learnt many things, from his travels through the highlands of Kenya, to the ekidens of Japan, and his encounters with the men and women who run hundreds of miles for fun. These retreats are a chance to hear his stories and discover the things he learned along the way.
Each retreat is distinct and unique and is hosted in collaboration with someone from Adharanand's journey through running, someone who may change the way you think, and possibly even how you move.
